Babylon Premium Hotel & Spa

Breakfast was fine, staff were excellent and lovely. The owner of this hotel should be very proud of his employees.

The hotel was amazingly located, right in the centre of town but with completely quiet rooms where you wouldn't know it. This was the best breakfast we had during our two week stay. Lots of fresh fruit and made to order pancakes. The room was not super spacious but worked well as a cosy, very clean and comfortable hideaway from the noise of the city. Bed was very comfy and the shower was super warm and strong. The room didn't have a window outside (it had a curtained one to the hallway) as described but we didn't mind at all and enjoyed how easily it helped us sleep.

I loved this hotel and I’m so sad I couldn’t stay longer. It is in a perfect location in Hanoi! We were upgraded for free because it was my birthday which was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t fault them. The shower was nice and big which was very much welcomed by two very tall people. The bed was huge and so comfortable, I slept so well. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Despite being on a busy road in the old quarter, it wasn’t noisy and we didn’t have trouble sleeping. When we checked in, a lovely member of staff gave us a map and an entire list of recommendations for food, tailoring, shopping, spa treatments.. everything you could need! It was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location, walking distance to all the main places in Hanoi old quarter but at the quieter area, safe enough to walk around at night. If you go for day tours on weekend, sometimes the bus may not want to enter the street to pick up, although this street itself is not closed during the weekend nights. Friendly helpful staff, allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours before my actual stay as I was travelling to Sapa first, helped me to exchange my larger VND note into smaller change. Responsive over Booking messages and Whatsapp. Breakfast had a decent variety of food.

This was our second visit to this hotel which was a 3 days later than a previous visit, The hotel delivered exactly the same standard as our previous visit which I gave a rating of 10/10. The hotel is in the Old Quarter of Hanoi so the location is fantastic while the streets are busy outside, the room we had was extremely quiet. The breakfast had lots of options to choose from and the area for breakfast was very comfortable. All Staff in all areas were very polite & professional, so I have given another 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.
