Babylon Premium Hotel & Spa

Breakfast was fine, staff were excellent and lovely. The owner of this hotel should be very proud of his employees.

I loved this hotel and I’m so sad I couldn’t stay longer. It is in a perfect location in Hanoi! We were upgraded for free because it was my birthday which was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t fault them. The shower was nice and big which was very much welcomed by two very tall people. The bed was huge and so comfortable, I slept so well. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Despite being on a busy road in the old quarter, it wasn’t noisy and we didn’t have trouble sleeping. When we checked in, a lovely member of staff gave us a map and an entire list of recommendations for food, tailoring, shopping, spa treatments.. everything you could need! It was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Unfortunately it was marred by a less than satisfactory spa experience. However this should not detract from the hotel itself because the hotel Management handled our issue in the most exemplary manner. This is the sign of a great hotel! The room was clean, the bed comfortable and even though our balcony faced a busy street, it was very quiet. The location is perfect for discovering the old quarter. We enjoyed the included breakfast and would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to others. Special thanks to Lily on reception who handled everything in the most professional way.

Second time in Hanoi - this is the best location in the city being in the heart of the Old Quarter. With just 5mins walk from the lake, best Bun Cha (Buc Cha Dac Kim - right around the corner) it’s hard to beat a stay here. Also the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Lastly - the hotel staff made our time here special. Mary and her colleagues are the most friendliest of hotel receptionists you can ask for - super thoughtful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable) - we forgot to wish them a Happy Vietnamese Women’s Day while we were there so we want to give our thanks and appreciation to the wonderful team at Babylon Premium made up of such lovely women. The location was really great, and the staff went above and beyond for us. We went on a Halong Bay cruise organised by the absolutely great hotel Mr Tony After we returned from the cruise we decided to stay another night and we were upgraded room to the 6th floor overlooking the street Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, and the Girls on the front desk are doing a fantastic job Great breakfast in the dining room each Day Well done to you all.
